P	Paula Huck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rescently taken my new 11 week old puppy to the clinic and he was nervous, I was nervous and with all the Covid protocols I was unsure of what to expect. He was going for X-rays and blood work and I truly can’t thank the staff enough. From the time they took him in to when they returned him to me they were kind and professional and really set my mind at ease. They sent me pictures as he was getting his X-rays and blood work done and frankly I was more concerned than he was. They treated him like he was their own dog with cuddles and treats. The vet on duty was very professional and kind. I would use the clinic any time and highly recommend it to anyone.

Thought my puppy got into the laundry bin after escaping from his kennel, went in for an induced vomiting almost immediately. I’ve never met a more clear, thorough and empathetic vet. Was also blown away by how well done she recorded his physical exam in his file when I got home. I wish there were more vets like Dr. Cameron!

The brisket him away from the car and attended to his decline health rapidly. Dr Brandon showed so much compassion when announcing our boy had passed away. Great first experience!

The doctor was very informative and provided several options for treatment. The staff were very positive and kind and great with my dog. No pet owner wants to visit the emergency hospital but this is bar far the best choice if you need urgent care.
E	Edie Cairns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday, we were in need of urgent care for a feral cat that we have been feeding for the last TWO years. Living in the country it is not uncommon for a cat to be 'dropped off' as a kitten to fend for itself. Barney was the most feral one we have ever assisted. Even after 2 years neither of us had been able to touch him. He had an insolated house with a heated bed on our porch. He came for food and water twice a day. Saturday night I noticed he seemed more lethargic and with no appetite. By the morning, I knew he was in great need. Our usual vet does not have small animal services on a Sunday. They recommended the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital and we were very thankful for their FULL service. Kind reception, immediate care during which all our needs were met in a swift, compassionate and professional manner. Thank you Kelly. We will always be in your debt.

I contacted a vet tech from this office personally on her cell phone with health concerns. Michelle was kind enough to respond immediately and guide me in the right direction and let the office know I was coming and prepare them with my dogs history. The doctors continued to care for my pug in office and over the phone as I was panicked and calling at all hours with updates. They guided me in the appropriate direction and ran appropriate tests and encouraged me to drive to my specialist which in result saved my dogs life. If I did not get the correct advice and would have waited my dog wouldn’t be here right now. I would highly recommend this office as they give the highest most appropriate level of care. The staff are very personable and friendly.

They took great care of our dog and provided regular updates on his status as he had to be kept overnight. The costs I found reasonable for the quality and length of care. Though I hope I never have to return for an after hours emergency I would absolutely recommend trusting Kingston Regional Pet Hospital with the urgent care of your animal.
