The only formal clothing store with stuff that actually fits me. The regular prices are a bit high, but they often have sales and well-stocked clearance racks. I always stop by when I'm at the mall to check for dress shirts, pants, etc. on sale or clearance.

Honestly really disappointed by the level of customer service for a suit store. Came here looking for a full new suit, was sort of helped, but a lot of just "it looks great buy it" no matter what it looked like. The really appalling part was I was here for almost an hour trying on sizes, maybe needed to try on one or two more, and 10 minutes before close the staff completely disappeared to start closing up. The second it hit 5:00 locked the front door, turned off the music, started counting cash. Ended up leaving empty handed because they just made it way too uncomfortable to stay. Really torn if I will go back. I get that this is an inexpensive, relatively low-end suit store, but you can't sell suits with the level of customer service I'd expect from an American Eagle. Really don't recommend this place for anyone inexperienced in buying suits and needing a hand.

We saw a jacket in a burlington store that was on sale and they were able to honour the same price. I really appreciated dealing with the manager. She was professional, communicated well, and was courteous. However, the other staff was not friendly when we were asking questions. Their body language and actions made me feel disrespected.

Great customer service at this store; great selection of clothing for a reasonable price. My only complaint is that the promotions are crazy confusing. There are multiple promotions that cannot be combined and each apply to different sections/or certain promo items. This made it hard to know what each item would actually cost after the promotions were applied or even if the promotion CAN be applied. The employee was helpful in explaining but in my opinion, it should just be way simpler.

I love shopping here for my work clothes and have received exceptional customer service many times from the gentlemen. Today I was helped by a lady I haven't seen before. She was mostly nice, but my feedback is: I would recommend not insulting your customers' personal style. I described to her the kind of shirt I was looking for. She brought over a few options that were not at all what I was looking for, but I appreciated the gesture and thanked her. She asked me to clarify again what it is I'm looking for. She told me, dead serious, "that's something a Granny would wear" and suggested I try the old person's store on the other side of the mall. She proceeded to say "that's really not in style" and is "something you'd see a Granny wearing when she's out gardening". I was super turned off by this and almost left, but bought the one item I had intended to buy anyway. Not sure if I will return. Just mind-blown that a salesperson thinks it's ok to insult someone's taste in clothing.

I went in to buy a coat for my boyfriend yesterday and received one of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had by the young man whos name I should've asked for. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

While I’m a long term customer of this company, very disappointed in the customer service I received at the store today. It is not the first time from this specific store. I know the brand strives for better and as a loyal customer, I expect better customer service. Your product is phenomenal, your customer service at this specific location could use some polishing as it does not promote the exceptional brand of your company. The last time I attended I experienced the same service, this time I wanted to ensure it was brought to the attention of the appropriate person and unfortunately your company has not made it easily accessible to reach someone in private to discuss these matters.
