★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to recognize the manager andrea for her outstanding customer service. She knew where all the item I was looking for were and helped me find them. She helped me from the moment I walked in to find items and helped me get a membership so I can get points. HMs are very messy and disorganized but this one is is so beautiful and clean. Store looks so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came into the store about a month ago and then again today, I always used to avoid H&M because of the unwelcoming atmosphere and lazy staff but always loved the clothing. I got amazing costumer service the last two trips thanks to danielle. she's one of the nicest employees in that store very friendly, willing to help effortlessly made my shopping experience amazing both times so glad she was there again. great employee! need to hire more like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their ladie’s department always looks stellar. Great colours, clean and easy to always find what I am looking for and more. Staff are always super busy though but will always go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorites for men's wear although they have a limited variety of stock especially compared to the APP.
Regular sizes always fit and you can try on items in the women's department upstairs. The men's change rooms are currently closed.
