★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza I ever got. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they sent something that looked like a cheese pizza, nothing that even looked like a pepperoni slice. I called in the guy told me I ordered the wrong kind of pepperoni pizza. HAH? doesn’t all pepperoni pizza have pepperoni on it that is not “chopped up in the pizza” according to Pizza Hut guy. Don’t order from here, unless you want to argue with Pizza Hut or are expecting what you expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, two hours later, still haven't received my pizza. I get mistakes happen but the Manager was very unsympathetic and did not apologize for their error. Multiple calls later to discover the pizza was delivered to the incorrect house. Couldn't track my order from the online order number, argued with me that the pizza was already delivered. Had to ask how they are compensating for their error. Not an offer to right their honest mistake. Will not be calling for pizza from Okotoks Pizza Hut again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what happened last night when I ordered, but it was horrible. The pizzas were all not circular, and to be fair looked like OVALS more than CIRCLES. Pizzas were all soggy and did not please. Unfortunately, will not be coming back and I wouldn’t make my worst enemy sit down and eat this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an online order for a Veggie and Margarita Pizza both stuffed crust in the mid afternoon for pickup at 5:15pm. I called afterward to confirm with the store that they received my order. Man who answered the phone was pleasant. Pizza was hot, fresh and ready on time. We experienced none of the issues identified in other reviews and we would order from this Pizza Hut location again. It was delicious.
