★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend this company to my friends. Rick found and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly. No more noisy unreliable furnace. We were expecting to have to replace the old thing, but it was only a small part causing all the grief! Impressed that we weren't led astray and told we needed a new one! Will call Okatoks again without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace wasn't working properly so I called Okotoks Heating Ltd to come have a look. I was told my furnace unrepairable and I had no other option than for them to come install a new one. I had another company come down and quote for me and was pleasantly surprised that it was a very common and easy fix and that my furnace has lots of life left in it.

Do yourself a favor and call another company (one with actual good reviews).
Arguments, overcharging, NO explanation of charges on the invoice and work that was not done right the first time around (water leaking on floor within 24 hours) is what we've experienced. We are totally dissatisfied customers who will NEVER call this company again.
We do hope the $200 to $300 you duped us for was worth losing a lifetime customer and receiving this honest, lousy review of your business.
