★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another contractor had diagnosed that my system need a new control board that was very expensive and also unavailable. After a month of waiting I called Polar Flash. Pat came and diagnosed the problem quickly as a plugged duct. He cleared the duct and put a cap on the end to prevent future problems. Only 1 hour charged and the heater is working great

Very pleasantly surprised with his work ethic and commitment to doing a good job.
He worked hard to give me a good value emergency repair on my older furnace but also took the time to review the install and make recommendations on when and why I should consider replacing it with a new furnace.
Far better service than I've had in the past with the large HVAC services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Pat from polar flash come in and install our air-conditioner in sheep River Crescent Okotoks. He did an absolutely excellent job, with great service. Pat first came and did a service call of the area to give us a quote and assess the work and then he came a few days later ready to go was that your air conditioner. We’ve been using it for a few days now, and it’s fantastic. There’s a warranty on the work, it looks great outside, he had an electrician come in and do that work which was included in the cost. Highly recommend Pat not only for his work and service but because he’s a pleasure to have around the house, When our little kids were asking him 1000 questions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Pat for your excellent service on the repair on my furnace. Pat was quick to respond to my call for help and was able to do the repair the same day. He explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond doing the furnace repair as he saw issues with my humidifier and fixed that while he was here.
I will be calling Pat back to do maintenance on my AC in the spring. Polar Flash is quality service for a good price.

After installing a HVAC system from PATRICK and spending $8000 with this guy things fell apart rather quickly. My main breaker on the yard would jump repeatedly leaving my yard without power for hours on end. After getting a electrician in it became clear that Pat has no idea how to properly install breakers in a panel without checking loads and balancing lines even though it requires him to be certified in basic electrical knowledge. I confronted him with this obvious neglect of workmanship and was told I was rude for pointing out the obvious. As a home owner I demanded answers and got nothing. 8 months have passed and now my brand new top of the line furnace is plagued with problems and no service from Polar Flash when connected. I've use polar flash before and always left a good review even though I wasn't fully satisfied with the workmanship but always gave the guy the benefit of a doubt to impove
I hope this helps alot of undecided customers make up their minds.
P.S I'm not the one to leave bad reviews but this one is worth my time!
