★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cristian and Tommy were great. They came to help with my plugged sink, which they were able to locate, solve, double check, and clean up after. I'm very glad I had called them ?
The great thing though, was that Cristian was super helpful in addition to the plugged sink. He provided some plumbing advice for the renos we were doing and in general for everyday use, answered my questions about some myths (even calling me back to answer one after I texted him, as I had forgot to ask in person), and recommended some interesting books and podcasts that I thought sounded pretty awesome to check out. I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend. Very professional and more than fair with their pricing. They ran into a substantial drain blockage in our commerical unit that appeared to possibly be structural, and recommended a drain specialist to deal with it, as that would save money. Since they were unable to complete the job, they did not charge for the work they did on clearing the drain. Would hire them again with 100% confidence in being treated fairly.

However, Christain and ERM are truly the type of plumber you want working at your place. He's honest, he actually cares, his prices are fair, he takes the time to explain the problem and educates you so if something happens in the future, you know how to react. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and will do an great job, ERM is now my go to company. Thanks Christian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Cristian (based on his great reviews) because I don't have hot water at home. Long story short, my boiler needs to be replaced. Cristian quickly sourced a new boiler for us. He installed the new boiler for us through Friday to Saturday and came back to check again on Sunday. His professionalism, quickly responses to our questions and on time manner are impressed us a lot. Thank you so much Cristian and your work partner!
