Horrible service. Had a parcel shipped and they put the notification in the wrong mail box. When the person got it and brought it back to the counter instead of checking to make sure it was placed in the right mailbox they returned the parcel. All happened within 1 day of the parcel arriving. Went to Canada Post and this was explained to me. They explained there was nothing they could do but to contact customer service despite it being their error. Called customer support and they may be willing to reimburse the sender for the initial postage but that is all. Now the sender has to go back to the post office and pay for shipping again. Terrible service. I've never known a place to fail so horribly at their job and not even have the decency to make it right. Made no effort to rectify the situation at the post office or at customer service. Disgusted.

Our road is temporarily closed due to construction till the middle of August 2020. After 2 weeks of searching (nobody ever calls you back), I took a guess that our mail was held at the Okotoks Main Post Office. The first time I also got the mail for my neighbour, whose emailed authorization I had with a copy of his driver's license. This lady, who seemed to be the Superior, insinuated that such authorization, like copying one's own driver's licence, was ILLEGAL. Then she asked how long the person had lived at the address (since 1959). Then she wanted to verify my information about the road closure. I appreciate that postal staff make sure that mail is only handed out to an authorized person, but this woman's behaviour was insulting ! The misunderstanding has been resolved and I would give the Post Office Staff 5 Stars

Nice staff but something is not right here -Got mailbox -Kept getting someone elses mail and was told it was because they did not change their address and nothing could be done -Overheard others complaining about their mail not arriving at their Okotoks home they had lived at for years -My mailbox suddenly would not open and I figured it was because the former renters whose mail I was getting might have jammed their key in it -I told the staff and one lady tried and then two tried and then they physically moved the box which they admitted but now say did not happen. -I stood there for almost an hour while they worked on this. -I got no paperwork nor did they document *I paid to forward my mail and I never received any since I left in June -I reported this multple times and the blame was placed on me and still is - they then tried to put it into the Brandons Post Offices lap . It is still unresolved -I paid for a broken mailbox and mail forwarding which is not cheap and to date no refund and no answers as the where my mail went which is disconcerting In these crazy times with so much scamming happening, losing ones mail is SERIOUS figuredfigured

I can't believe tax payers fund this disappointing corporation they need to privatize this useless organization maybe let Amazon take it over and let someone who knows how to deliver packages do the job. just a bunch of useless union employees who are not accountable for anything they do delivering important documents and packages.

They are improving over the past few months. HOWEVER....they seem to hire and fire constantly. Which causes extra wait times because either one of the two lines are going slow due to training or they shut down one completely because of training. STOP hiring and firing so much. This isnt flipping burgers at mcdonalds employees need time to learn. You cant just hire and fire until you get someone who makes zero mistakes. Let them learn.

My sister has a terminal lung disease and couldn’t wear masks during the mandates because she was already on a breather and struggling to get enough oxygen whenever she had to go out. The staff deserve to be fired for how they tried to shame her for not being able to wear a mask

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A POST OFFICE EVER. I've always hated going to the post office. It's the Christmas season and I always send multiple parcels and cards. Every where else I've always felt that the postal workers never take the time to find me the best solutions. I had the most patient woman deal with me today. She even checked if items would fit in an envelope vs the flat rate box, gave me all the totals so I could make a better choice. I am more informed and so happy with my savings. Thank you to Nicole who helped me last week :)

I’ll add my bad review though it won’t matter . These people have a job for life and they know it. Just found out my parcel was sent back. Not that they answer a phone, I had to go there. They couldn’t put my parcel in my parcel lock box for some reason, didn’t leave a notice or at least I didn’t find one. They called me the day before they sent it back when I was out of town. I’ve informed the company I purchased from not to send me another parcel if they plan to use Canada post. I think all future purchases will have the same conditions.
