Worst doctor ever. She is always in a rush and she hardly listens to you. She evens gets mad if you speak more or a bit faster (Because I’m in pain)... She have a total POWER TRIP. I had to be persistent to get an actual solution to my symptoms because she minimize EVERYTHING. I try to be calm and polite with her and After all I even thank her!! But she walk away not even saying a word. Rude from the beginning to the end. Good to go see this doctor only if you really really don’t have more options, but might be losing your time there.

Went for my RTPCR test before international travel. Great process, results arrived in 23 hours. They were helpful in answering all my queries.

I know their website says they can’t guarantee when test results come in, but we asked *repeatedly* about how long it might take. Ballpark. We needed Covid results that absolutely had to come in within 72 hrs before our flight, so getting results too early was as bad as getting them too late. I explained all this on the phone when I made the appointment and was assured results usually came after about 48 hrs but before 72 hrs, so we booked an appointment based on their recommendation. We asked AGAIN at our appointment: how long have results been taking? Oh, 48-72 hrs. Don’t sweat it. We’re doing Covid tests for travellers all the time now, we know the drill. So OF COURSE we got our results...after 25 hours. An entire day earlier then what everyone there estimated. Outside of the 72 hour window before our flight. With a β€œcertificate” that didn’t state the time of the negative results. So we had a useless Covid test that cost us $300 dollars each. We had to hustle at the very last minute to get ANOTHER Covid test that cost ANOTHER $300 each (except we went to a company that managed to get us a result within a guaranteed timeframe & provided a negative certificate with all the required info airlines require). I get that companies can’t guarantee when results come in, but they’re off by a whole day? Going to this place was a $600 dollar mistake for us. Thankfully we found another lab that did the job properly.

Updated (at the end) I got my COVID test done here. Result is not out yet so we will see about the timeline and reporting style later. I read one of the reviews was fixated on the timeline. My honest suggestion is that please be kind and understand these people state on their website it is not in their control since the test is processed by the only center available in BC. Why blame people for something they have no control over when we are told to forgive when mistake is actually in their power to be prevented?! Let's be kind. Btw, please improve your understanding of how tests results are reviewed by authorities. No one cares about the result date (except for the quarantine policy - that you have to wait until test result is back). All matters is your test date/time, not the result date. For instance in some areas a test performed in less than 72 hours is required for entry, there is no instruction for the test result date in the sense that getting it sooner would affect your trip. If anything, it would make it easier for you. Now onto my review (crossing my fingers here hoping things go well). The gentleman at the reception desk was clear and respectful. The coordinator lady was considerate. I was late still she let me get tested. The nurse was also very kind and explained the swab might cause me to sneeze or my eyes deposit tears. It was an interesting experience, did not hurt. Looking forward to the test result/report. Update: I got my result in 12 hours, can you believe that?! This is amazing! Shirley. Thanks a million! you are the best. I thank you and thank your team for your selfless efforts.

Not a Walk-In clinic as written. I went because I had an emergency and I asked to see a doctor, they receptionists told me that they couldn’t help, no doctors were available. They sent me away with a lost of other clinics I can visit. Not impressed, poor service and if it is not a walk-in clinic it must be specified. Just waisted my time.

I took my covid test here and the process was rather smooth. The phone assistant was helpful in knowing when I should book it for taking into consideration the 48h vs 72h for the different tests.

I had a booked appt Sep 7 for Antigen 48hrs for Portugal. Many times they made errors on my name. Even when presented with results, firm had my name incorrect. They apologized & brought me a new form. I checked, my name was correct. Unfortunately I didn't check anything else, the collection date they had was Sep 6, incorrect. This was a problem when I arrived in Lisbon Sep 9. I'm not to happy at the amount of errors made. It makes me wonder how many other people this happened to on that date.

The worst experience of a Covid testing, staffs are offensively impolite, testing results supposed to come out in 20 minutes but they took 8 hours, we almost lost our flight. Not recommended at all. I wish some organization or medical group check this location and staffs.
