★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment over a week earlier and it gets denied less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. There wasn’t a valid reason for the deny provided and no effort was made to accommodate or reschedule.

The staff and medical professionals of Elicare Clinic have been very kind and friendly to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment, and was told Dr would call between 1:15-2:30pm. No calls until 4:30pm. No voice from the line. I said hello 10 times and got hung up. No call back. I called back, voice machine said they were closed.
i dont understand why this is so poorly handled. Now I have to wait till monday to call them.
0 star for the experience. But when you can get a hold of the reception/Dr, they are not bad.

update (from 1 star to 4 stars)
Despite I had to call about 20 times on Monday to get through, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. She explained that she was by herself and was non-stop. The Dr called the same day. I am happy about the experience this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you disregard the receptionists, the overall service from Dr grace chan was top notch. Empathetic, kind , and knowledgeable which are rare characteristics in a doctor nowadays. She was able to sympathise with my situation and we were able to get it sorted. Thank you so much. I haven’t seen any other doctors but I guarantee I would recommend dr chan for sure .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a 20-something woman living in this city without a family doctor - something a lot of people in my generation are going without - this clinic was hands down some of the best medical care I've gotten in Vancouver/Richmond since moving here over 6 years ago. Really friendly staff, and doctors who go above and beyond to provide you with as many avenues of care as they can. 10/10 would recommend to anyone my age

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend booking a telephone appointment with this clinic. When I did not receive a call at my scheduled time, I called the provided number multiple times, and did not receive a response. When I was able to reach the receptionist, they not only did not address my concerns, but they told me to not call back because they only schedule telephone appointments. I did not receive the scheduled call by the doctor until after the appointment was over. They noted that patients usually wait 1-2 hours after the appointment time to hear back. While it is understandable that these offices can be busy, there needs to be a system to notify patients and better schedule them - as many offices already do. The only positive is that the doctor was kind and caring.
