★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lewi is a very caring family doctor. We initially started seeing him many years back as a walk-in patient and now he looks after our whole family.
The front desk staff is also very helpful, even on the weekends. It is rare for a doctors clinic to be open on the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are fine but the reception is hilariously bad and disorganized. They are genuinely very rude. They will quite literally pledge to book you in for the day of, then you'll get a text a few months later saying the appointment that never happened is finally happening tomorrow with zero notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate the help from the front desk lady Joy. Joy is very friendly and helpful. We need an urgent test done and she helped us to book it immediately.
Also Dr. Lewi is super professional and reliable. He made super valuable suggestions regarding our medical situation. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female receptionist from Saturday, May 28th had the audacity to hung up phone calls and not answering the phone when I called back numerous times. I could even hear her picking up the call just to hung it up instantly. I called in to book an appointment and she kept on telling me to book it myself online. The clinic has my file and I have called in to book an appointment before. When I asked her to check my file and how long I have to wait if I register online, she hung up on me. The last time I checked, a receptionist’s job is to answer phone calls and arrange appointments for patients, she clearly cannot, and does not want to do either of the tasks. If she is getting paid to sit in her chair, she is there to do her job PERIOD. If she hates her job so much then you should probably not make her suffer anymore by keeping her on this role. It was beyond disrespectful and sickening. I am pretty sure the comment below was also talking about the same female receptionist. If you are receiving multiple complaints about an employee, you either do something about it or fire them if they are so hard to train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor V excellent! Knew him from his previous clinic.Front desk staff terrible! Had a 11:10 appointment. 11:45 asked staff when I was going to see doctor. They said your a walk-in. You have to wait your turn! I said I had a 11:10 appt.Obviously, they don’t know the difference between walk-in and appointment! Don’t need the hassle! Left

Joy the receptionist is super kind, even with lots of
phone calls, she was relaxed and organized. Dr. Lewi was accommodating and had a great attitude. He was also kind and relaxed. Thank you " Mega Fu Medical " for ending my stressful day in a positive relaxed way. ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst worst worst clinic I have ever been! If I could give zero literally I would. First they make you wait on the line 30 minutes every time and when you are connected they do not know what they need to do even booking a simple appointment needs to be asked to someone so you have to wait for that as well. Also I have an emergency health situation that needs to be addressed and they do not have any records of the dc notes or they don’t aware if I have an appointment or not. They say we called you well nobody called me.
Everything that is been done by the reception desk is a mess and I’m not even going to comment on my family doctor.
I am switching my clinic. Thank you.
