★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store cancels their guest appointment casually. I made an appointment to remove my nails at noon. And they said ok. But in the afternoon, they just asked me if I can reschedule or cancel my appointment. I told them I lived in bby and it’s the only time slot I can do. Maybe because my service is too cheap? I don’t know. It does not make any sense at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in and got an appointment same day. My appointment was on time even though there were only two employees and some customers waiting. Pricing is pretty similar to most places. I got acrylics but she was patient making sure the shape and nail tips were right. She didn’t rush her work and really happy with my nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always RUSHING you, and they charge you different prices for the exact same service you got last week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. unsanitary they clean the tools with only water.
I got the exact same service 1 week apart and I was charged more this time, are you calling me a liar? I can go to your place right now with receipts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went in today and was treated rudely by the worker there. She picked a colour for her manicure but had changed her mind and was trying to choose a different colour and this lady snatched the colour told her NO! And that she had to get the colour she choose the first time. The manicure was messy there are bits missing from her polish on one hand. This is upsetting as this isn’t our first time at this place we have used them before 3/4 times and had wonderful experience which is why she went back. This lady demanded payment before she added the polish after she did the manicure which was odd we were never asked before. If it’s a new policy that’s fine but she really did not have to be rude to my mother the whole time. She came back from this place shaken and upset because of the treatment. She just wanted to enjoy something nice for herself and it was spoiled by the rotten attitude of the lady who was working today May 28th 2022. We will not be returning here it only takes one bad experience and will find another place to get our manicures and pedicures from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely is the best place for nails and Massage they do everything perfectly, I always get it done by Ruby she’s perfect and so talented, she always give me an extra massage I really like that place it’s my favorite place ever.
Also I recommend my family and friends go there.

I apologize for the sudden change but they have been accomodating and flexible since I initially booked for a shellac but want extensions instead. This is also my first time doing extensions since I have a broken nail and to tell you from what I feel, I'm in love. Obsesses maybe! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there one week ago , had my hands acrylic refill and feet shilac. 3 days after just ripped and damaged. Also their price are different from the board that they stand in front of store . The girl was nice but works like she is in rush that makes me nervous
