I've been going there for almost 3 years now, I've never had any pain or sensitivity after my teeth cleaning, and this used to be an issue I had before with other dentists However, out of the 2+ years, I've had 3 different dentists. All of them are wonderful and I have no issue with, however if it were more consistent with the same dentist, it'd be better.
E	Evelyn Holland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been a client for a bit for invisline. I was recently told I would be given my retainer and be all done with my treatment. This was told me by the staff on the phone when I asked if it was my retainer she said yes. However for some reasons another 8 week have been added on. No good explaintion what so ever about this. The place is unorganized and dose not seem know what is what. At least learn to tell cleints whats going on rather then no explanation as honestly I personally think this ridiculous.

J	Jeremy Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset about my experience the past couple times. The previous time, I arrived on time for my appointment and I had to wait more than 40 mins. Today I arrived on time as well and was waiting for 15 mins before I was told to come back in 20-30 mins because of delays again. I left and came back as requested (they were late for over 40 mins from my scheduled app again). When I asked reception to use the washroom real quickly before seeing the dentist, I was refused entry stating it was closed due to covid. I understand covid concerns during this unprecedented time as I was wearing a face mask the entire time. However, the government has lifted bans recently and I would think that using their washroom is less risky than seeing patients with their mouths wide open. If they are concerned, perhaps they shouldn't be seeing patients at all. In regards to the appointment delays, they have my cell phone number and could easily have sent me a courtesy message or a quick phone call about the delays. I feel they are very unorganized and treat patients with no respect. I'm very unhappy with my experience the past couple times and I would caution customers against using them if they value their time.

Whenever we had any issues, he always fit us in last moment, and in the end, are very happy with the result. I would recommend Dr. Smith without hesitation- thanks for your help over the last few years!
T	Trevor Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place spent 15k up front cash asked for it back as the Veneers that they made 7500 broke first two days so that was 1500 loss and i keep getting called by them when i was self Isolating during that time they kept calling me I said no I cannot make the appointment And then they call me a week later I set up another appointment cuz my covid was over at that point and say are you going to come in we just got to make sure cuz last time you didn't even bother coming in even thought i called them and told them i had covid and asked for rest of my money on saterday and they still ave got cheack ready after a week dont go use other dentist .... thanks who ever reads this
