The service was attentive and the food was well executed. They have all the classic Vietnamese dishes you would expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great; Very generous portions and it’s quite delicious. However, the service is sub par considering how many workers I’ve seen standing around and zoning out. We’ve consistently had to ask for things and ask again to double check if it’s still coming. The prices charged and the service provided seems incongruent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit expensive for bland food. The only thing I would go back for is the chicken wings which were nicely battered and fried. Unfortunately the bun had very light flavors where you couldn't really taste the meat or spread, and the crab tomato soup was not very spicy, nor could u taste any crab. There were large chunks of tomatoes seemed like a cheap way to add fillers for this dish. The positive besides the chicken wings is that the decor is nice. Wouldn't come back here willingly for food again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here 2x so far and sampled various things on the menu. The bahn mi, fried chicken wings and crepes were delicious. Soup noodles are still not worth trying, you can get a cheaper and better tasting bowl at another place. Fried squid on the menu was not available. Their customer service was subpar one time and ok the other. Overall prices are higher than the average pho place. Interior design feels Parisian and cute. The plating was very oversized, all our food could barely fit on the table.

This place is really clean and pretty. Nice looking restaurant and everything was clean and tidy.
Atmosphere is quiet and very calm/almost sleepy.
The cons:
The food really doesn't have much flavour. Fish sauce was a bit watery. The Pho broth was a bit lacking, even with bone marrow.
Service is unenthusiastic but not slow. You have to ask for service/the bill. You expect this at a Vietnamese restaurant but for the premium you are paying here, you might expect better.
The prices are 30% more than other restaurants. That isn't a fair comparison for the interior design, but the food is worse than many places that are a lot cheaper.
I wouldn't return or recommend Bang Mi Tres Bon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful ambience for Vietnamese food. A little Cafe attached to it with desserts. Some hot chilly one can buy to go. Tea served in China felt like high tea. Reminded me when I was in Hanoi- French influence. Excellent service and the food was good. Parking is free in the mall. Advantages of living in Richmond. Lots of choices and easily accessible.
