β β β β β Iβve been the customer with WCDG for many years, even though I donβt live close by. I would still travel all the way to Richmond for my dental check. However, I had a awful experience yesterday. I arrived on time, but after waiting for 30mins with no one come to tell me what was going on, I walked to one of the staff and asked why it took so long. I was told for another 5-10mins waiting!! Ok! Another 15mins later still waiting waiting and waiting! 45 mins total, and I didnβt know how long I had to wait, I told the staff I need to leave. I was so angry because no one approached me and explained what was going on, if the appointment would be more than 45min+ late they should inform the customers and reschedule an appointment before they arrive the clinic. Do you think everyone has so much time to wait for that long? I know most of the dental appointmentβs waiting time is long. But not more than 45mins! This was the worst experience ever and I would never return this clinic anymore. If the owner see this review, please delete me and my family from your contact list!!

β β β β β The staffs here generally are very sincere and they have high team spirit. The back office staffs are well organized and they always help me to set up the schedules patiently even I sometimes have to change my schedule. My dentist is willing to explain what happened to my teeth and what can I do to maintain good oral health. A few months ago, I just found that I had used a wrong way to floss my teeth as my hygienist taught me creatively and showed me how to floss properly in a effective way. Now, I can master the technique and stick to the habit of flossing.

β β β β β Dr Chan and staff at Westcoast Dental are the best team! I highly recommend! Very professional and friendly! I did forgot to drop off chocolate and Christmas card for them yesterday. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Highly recommended this dental office, thanks to Emily , Jenn and Jackie for the tremendouz help to make my surgery successful!
