โ โ โ โ โ Love the soup dumplings and beef pancakesโฆmy boyfriend and I had to come back twice during a week stay lol preferred the steamed over the pan fried dumplings but they were still great!!!! ? my bf was sad he couldnโt get his chive pancakes each time though (we went both in early afternoon and during early morning hours)

โ โ โ โ โ Surprisingly discovered this through regularly watching strictly dumpling on youtube a few years ago, so thank you Mike! This place has now been in my top 5 go to places ever since. ?
The 3 items I usually order are
xiao long bao - perfect balance of the wrapper, not too thick or thin and packs quite a bit of soup.
chinese burger - good spices, not too strong and bread has a good chew to it, would definitely add spicy flavor to enhance.
scallion pancakes - good serving size for it's price, its filling and flavorful.
But i would definitely recommend the boiled dumplings! They're like a meatier mini xiao long bao!

Service is friendly but a far cry from fast.
It's understood that it's fresh to order so it'll take some time, we appreciate that, so a 10-15 minute wait makes sense, but when you make people wait 30 minutes for whatever reason, this needs to be fixed.
So although I highly recommend this place for the food experience, just beware of the long wait times, hopefully the owner can fix this, was it would be a 5 star establishment, and a gem to have in Richmond! Great XLB and grilled buns, as well as noodles and everything else!

โ โ โ โ โ I frequently come here for lunch and dinner. Theyโre dumplings and soups are absolutely delicious for a fair price. They are quite popular within that cafeteria. Itโs all freshly made by two lovely ladies at the front. You can even watch them make the dumplings by hand - itโs as if their hands work 24/7 each day Iโm there!

โ โ โ โ โ If youโre looking for affordable fast food, this place is worth checking out. Both the noodle soups and the soup dumplings were amazing. The line ups get a bit long but their service is quick.
