For twice, I went there 10 minutes before they close and they refused to serve me and asked me to go to another branch on No.3 Road. Ridiculous! I bank with TD, BMO and HSBC. All of them do help customers after hour , as long as they come in before close. The people work at this location are not professional at all and only want to go home! They should probably go home for good!
J	Jiaxuan Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their representatives are not reponsible and repectful at all. I made an appointment at 2:15 pm and wait for more than half an hour there. All they do is to ask me to show some understanding. I made another appointment with another representative. She not only talked with other custmers on phone during the meeting but also rejected most of my requests. Again she only asked me to understand their difficulties. As a more than ten-year custmer there, I feel so disappointed and humiliated there.

Here, I think they just try to make it teller free/ digital and all fancy. But seriously, this can be improved even only one or two teller will make this branch a perfect branch or they can have teller in every other day!!!!!! So many options they can perfect it

His desk is near the door; he was so helpful and polite i just wanted to take the time to say thank you! As soon as it seemed like i needed help he was up instantly and was very courteous! More people should behave like this! Great branch, take care man!
