โ โ โ โ โ I went to 3 West Center on Apr 20, 2019 to do a withdrawal for my mom (I've a POA) and told the teller 3 times (his name is Max) that I wanted to take the money out from her Chinatown branch Transit #710 but Max toke it out of her other account (at another branch). I immediately corrected him on this and commented that I've told 3 time and you didn't paid any attentions to that, the he kinda got annoyed with me by sat back to his chair, face blacken, not a happy camper. That's an excellent attitude for customers services. After everything, I've asked a for print out of the accounts so that I'm sure everything is done correctly (then he wasn't happy about that either). So finally, I've to send out a couple of envelopes with stamps on it (one is internal and other post), he kinda fuses because he had to check with his supervisor.
I told him is for internal mail and post, just placed them in branch's internal bag mail, then he relucdently accepted but I don't know whether they were sent out as the recipients haven't received yet.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible Branch. I have an account here and they don't even answer their phone. When you go in the customer service is extremely bad. They make a big ordeal out of simple daily banking. They talk to you like they are doing you a favor by providing you the service.
and that is after they make you wait a long time.
Between the tellers slacking off and having a conversation on the side with themselves while the line keeps getting longer, bankers being rude to you and talking to you as if they are doing you a favor for banking with them, and letting people cut the line if you can speak their language.
This sure doesn't feel like a big Canadian bank. Very unprofessional.

โ โ โ โ โ This bank is really great, super modern and really nice staff- only thing is the ATM room smells like literal glue. Like idk why it does- I originally thought it might have been just Cus of fresh paint but everytime Iโm in that bank I get a legitimate headache from the stench.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst bank ever! They still keep sending someoe else's account statement letter to my address even though I have phoned multiple times asking them to stop it and make a correction in their system. I myself have never used CIBC. This branch, or this bank in general, deserves 0 star.
