L	L * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I go to any Bank's branch that is huge like RBC, I prepare myself to wait more than expected. I'd say that in most times that I have been in No. 3 & Cook Rd. Branch, I had to be in line and wait for my turn - why? Because I understand that each customer has requirements that needed to be attended to, and the front line needs to provide the excellent service that each customer in front of him/her deserves! I was a teller in my past life, and I understand that excellence cannot be rushed. Thus, if I have little time in my hands, I would rather pay my bills, move my funds, and deposit my cheques online - the RBC app is powerful these days. If I need to withdraw cash, I would go to the ATM. I would only line up in the Branch if: I would deposit cash, request drafts, inquire about more services, etc. or see my Advisor. Hence, my experience with this Branch and any other RBC branch is a 'breeze'. With regards to customer service, I find the front line very courteous, and sweet at times - so I can't complain. :-)

Therefore I wanted to move my assets elsewhere because their customer service is lacking and there’s no benefit from this bank. They’re always judging me from the moment I opened my account. For some reason they always think that I’m a fraud person and asking me a million questions to verify me when I’m just trying to move my funds to another account I have elsewhere. They charge so much money for every single thing and can’t waive a one time fee for something I’m only doing once before closing my account. Customer service is very fake and comes with a lot of attitude. Will never bank with RBC ever again.

Normally, i have to go back to home branch in Vancouver But she knew that was long way so she made the phone call and helped me without sending me away. She saves my time and i appreciate her help!

Bad Customer service and a none trust attitude I regretted i moved to this area now :( I am definitely switching Banks now since management on this branch support this bad service

She is professional, kind, helpful and willing to help their clients. Thank you once again Esther and this branch will definitely be my go to branch in the future.

Every time I asked her about my account and the services she gave me contradicting false information like she didn’t know what she was talking about or what they even offered. She refused to listen to what my question was and what I needed to get done. How hard is it to make a simple bank draft? Or move money around from savings to chequing? Just very very incompetent and unprofessional

However, she is not skilled in consulting others all the time and treats me badly. It took me half an hour to transfer the money that I had overpaid on my credit card, which kept wasting my time. I was sorry and treated the guests badly. I have never encountered such counter staff at RBC, I will be cancelling my RBC credit card and debit card.
