I’m wondering if the financial advisor Amanda Gu still working in the Richmond No. 3 road branch. I tried to contact her so many times by phone, text or even called the branch hotline, no reply at all. The previous advisor An Qi was the best. When she became branch manager, she moved my profile under Amanda. But I already had had trouble to contact her at that time. I had to contact An Qi to ask Amanda to call me in order to get service from her. After An Qi moved to another branch, Amanda never provided any service to me anymore. Last year during Covid, I tried to call BMO to change me to another financial advisor, but they said I had to go to branch. I ended up giving up BMO. I had to move my account from BMO to another bank in order to get proper service. By reading the review and replies below, I’m very surprised that BMO only asked customer to email with their name and phone number. Customer already spent time leaving feedback here. It would be helpful if you can talk to Amanda and ask her provide proper service instead of asking customer to send useless email.

this is the worst experience i ever had at any bank. There is a girl named Amanda and she should be fired rightaway. We had appointment at 4 o' clock and we tried to show her confirmation mail also but she was not interested in serving us. She said that we had appointment some other day even though I showed her the date and time and the only thing she said is that she can't help us today .The irony is that I was there at right time and right date.she doesn't deserve to be in customer service as I took a special day off just for this appointment. I m pretty surprised that how this bank is having even 1.4 star ratings. It should be only 0.

Always open only few counter and customer need to wait minimum 20-30 minutes in line.

Marco provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process of opening our accounts. Highly recommend this BMO branch and Marco's services.

Great customer service from the moment I stepped into the branch. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and immediately informed that I arrived for the appointment. I met with Claire to open a new performance bank account and apply for a line of credit. Claire is professional, friendly, and very efficient. She explained all the details perfectly. Amazing customer service. Thank you, Claire!

Worst experience I ever have within BMO. I was there for the corporate deposit, was in the line waiting. However, all of a sudden there were 1 uneducated senior got into the line. Then another uneducated Asian woman got into our line and was telling us she was in the line the whole time while she was sitting at the chairs somewhere in the branch. I have my eyes open for the standard of human being became so trashy. Not blaming the uneducated customers , however, employees should be trained to handle situations like this. Perhaps, at least to have a better management on the service standard. Horrible experience, never come back !
