โ โ โ โ โ Banking here is extremely frustrating. There an advisor trying to sell you a product at every turn. There is limited options to setting up accounts online. This is done with strategy so the client must come in to speak with an advisor so they can sell products to the customer.

โ โ โ โ โ A small branch compared to the other big banks but very helpful staff. Florence, Dan and Yolanda are very helpful and very good at what they do. National Bank does offer some unique products that cannot be found elsewhere. I only wish they had more branches.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff up at the front counters are super friendly and always ready to help. So 5? is only for them.
I can't say that the gentlemen in the back offices were helpful, because they weren't. I still don't even have a debit card, even after being a client for almost a year not to mention I have already a few thousand _$$$ in my account at all time. F*** THE SYSTEM. AND COVID-19 right up the creators of it.

โ โ โ โ โ Got a car loan with this Bank. I am Contacting them for 2 months to pay off the loan. No response. Send mail, called them,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now planning to go in person towards Richmond BC or Richmond ON.......So easy to get loans but to close or pay off no way dear. Dont get any loans from NBC
