★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service super slow and staff that is not knowledgeable and no properly trained and grandpa and grandma are looking to talk instead of doing banking and the bonus on the cake is the staff is entertaining this nonsense. Lol I was think switch to bmo but after this I am stay far far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is never adequately staffed. I'm standing in the bank right now and there are 16 people in line all the way out the door. It's been at least 2 years and they just dont learn. Never coming here again. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give them a negative cause every time it's a long wait 30 mins+ and they only have 3-4 windows open, when there's like 6 counters available but no one comes out to back up the front area. Also they do not have a counter especially for business deposits. Overall it's really insufficient and slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Richmond from Saskatchewan for the bank record of a $200,000 draft cashed eight years ago. After having a very disappointed experience at the other branch on No. 3 road. we came here. Ms. Qian offered excellent customer service by reaching out to the back office and her branch manager many times. We finally got the results which is related to a police involvement. Good Job, Ms. Qian. Hoping all BMO bank staff are as wonderful as you. We greatly appreciate your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here to explain how much money we have in savings. The mortgage adviser replied "that's it? Is that all you have?". We left here feeling disrespected.
Because of this experience, BMO will never have my business.
Since then, CIBC in Richmond Centre helped us all throughout our first home purchase with that same amount of money.
So you can go on and skip this place.
