★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a cantonese lady who is really rude, she just don’t let you ask any questions about your business in Canada post, and she doesn’t even explain to me. Hope they can hiring a better staff. Maybe it’s just because they are one hour to close, she even doesn’t let me finish my talk, that is really rude.

There is no post office manager because the store manager takes care of this post office and she has no post office experience.
They always hire inexperienced staff and most of them aren't well trained.
Coworkers are always not friendly and not supportive.
They quit this job within a few months.
No employee benefit and you can get employee discount when you serve the company for over 5 years.
The manager always asks experienced post office worker to teach postal knowledge and she isn't willing to study by herself.
The company doesn't want to hire a post office manager because they are too frugal to pay expensive wage.
No extra overtime pay when you work overtime after closing shifts.
Do not apply here if you are looking for a supportive work environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Canada post. The lady who spoke Cantonese was so rude. She only talked to the customers who spoke the same language with her. She never pushed them to act quick so rest of us had to wait for around 30 minutes!!! And when it’s our turn she started to push us and even speak very loud??? It only took me 1 min to finish my delivery but 30 mins to wait! Bad attitude! Bad customer service! Lack of efficiency and basic manner!
IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, GO HOME!!
DO NOT GIVE ME THAT ATTITUDE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know there’s a bad manner staff there; however, I met the other Cantonese lady who is so nice, warm, and helpful. I think her name should be Lubric, if not I apologize. She kindly helped me with an emergency issue which I didn’t get solution by customer service in phone. Even she actually time to off work, she still kept there to make sure help me getting the satisfied solution. I just want to say thank you! You are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my previous working and customer service experiences, I will only give this authorized retail post office one star.
These are facts I want to share:
-You can only use a debit or credit card if you spend over 5 bucks.
-Most authorized retail post office has a post office manager to take care post office operation but there are only post office supervisors and untrained staff.
-The staff is usually not helpful and supportive if you are in trouble working here.
-Staff are high school, college, university students, housewives and middle-aged women. There was no male staff.
-Salary is always minimum wage and no overtime pay if you work after a closing shift.
-This working environment is only for job seekers who have no other professional and English skills
-This is under the Fairchild management group and the people resign rate is high.
-You have to cover your own shift if someone calling sick during busy holiday seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to the Canada Post from before they changed from Diaso. The Cantonese lady Sylvia is very nice, so Im not sure why many people review her so poorly. All my experiences with her and the Guy (James?) are always really great. ?.
I Miss the Asian guy, but hope he has found another job!
