Nelson made sure to take the time to explain everything clearly, and make things simple for us as much as he can. We would highly recommend this particular branch for all of your banking needs, especially for mortgages.

I would like to use my funds to issue a bank draft for business. I am the owner of my company. But Ms. Cheung did not allow. It was a big question. Did My funds belong to Ms. Cheung ???? Did I need her permission to use my funds? I spent almost a hour in this Branch and got nothing. Now I have a big question mark. Do I need TD’s permission to use my funds for business even for personal? You have already wasted my time and also damaged my business. You must to apologize, but I do not accept your any excuse. Finally I have helped by Continental Branch they has no questions to issue the draft,even her put note in the bank system.

I opened small business account with them, and just for apply “letter of credit” which based on my money in the account, and it took them more than 2 weeks, still not done. The first week, they said they haven’t even review yet the second week, they said due I was applying for business loan, I don’t get what’s the connection between “letter of credit “ and business loan. So, be really careful if you open your small business account, because they really don’t care, and for small business, nobody want to waiting for a month for a simple letter.

Needs to hold a check I got for work for 5 days, with banking history from the same employer since 2018. Hope the branch Manger looks this up, I cash the same check with $5,000 with zero hold. Never will I return here again.

Then no sorry no thank you. Walk out the branch with bunch of questions and unsatisfaction. They need to get customer service training in English. Extremely unprofessional staff specially yound male staffs.

Was simply resetting pin; she was not helpful at all and gave no resolution after saying she could not help me. What’s the point of being a manager? I would have to constantly ask questions that she gave almost no answers to. Huge waste of my time visiting this branch. Expect getting no help from the manager here at all.
