I went to my appointment on time but the representative was busy with the previous client. I agreed to come back a bit late which I did, guess what, heโ€™s in a meeting now. Wasnโ€™t bother to get out and carry along with his appointment. Eventually assigned me to his college who kept saying โ€˜ I donโ€™t know whatโ€™s going onโ€™. I left in anger and now heโ€™s got the time to call me telling me how busy he was. Iโ€™m shocked by how unprofessional and rude they are. Wasting my time and not bother to even show up, good job. Guess what, heโ€™s not sorry either. Avoid this branch.

I made an call appointment at 1:00PM today, they sent an email confirmation and a text message confirmation. NO ONE called for that appointment nor sent any messages that they cannot make the appointment.. How is this business able to operate when they are not accountable with the commitment they make to their clients.. I used to respect the client services of RBC but this branch shows how their services are degrading.... Very disappointing!!!!!

Hard to find since itโ€™s not on the tall billboard that shows the different business in the places. The parking is crazy and the amount of people and cars moving, Iโ€™d find a less congested RBC. I didnโ€™t pre fill out my business deposit slip and usually the teller will do it for you. The teller told me I had to write it myself while she sat there and the other staff were standing. After she was done she just folded my slip booklet and said nothing. I asked if that was it and she just said yes. Poor interaction and slow sloth like interaction. I would not recommend this RBC bank if you are in a hurry or care about customer service and just descent human interaction

This is a great branch. I have been coming to this branch regularly for quite some time now. Everyone has always been very friendly and super professional, which is the main reason I keep going back. Another plus of this branch is that they have convenient hours for me. Yes, the parking is a bit of a nightmare during meal times (due to the plethora of restaurants in this plaza), but that's not the fault of the branch. There is a parking garage that has a lot of parking, especially the top floors.

Its an RBC. Nice layout, though the ATMs are behind locked does at night. There is a couch for waiting for your appointment and a good layout for the teller lines. It is not designed for high volume for traffic. Friendly staff and the usual services.

I went there today at 2:17 the girl was so rude about how Iโ€™m under age and asking about the tfsa. The middle window one, sheโ€™s a girl speaks mandarinใ€‚ her name is ellina very bad service, donโ€™t ever go to her please listen to me donโ€™t go to her. In the other hand, cyntha was very good in customer service.

I went to the branch to close my accounts as I was switching banks, which involved closing out my investing, credit and debit accounts. I had requested to withdraw money from my RRSP to close it out - the teller ended up putting money into the account, which was annoying as I had to update my tax documents. Another teller closed my credit card account on a separate day, but after closing it I had no access to my online banking. A few months later I found out that I was charged late fees - turns out the credit card wasn't cancelled until ~2 weeks after, and a charge appeared. As I had no access to my statements once my account was closed, my credit score was affected and am currently trying to work out with TransUnion Canada. A bit unprofessional, I would only recommend to go here if you need to use the ATM or maybe do basic withdrawal/deposits.

The customer service is horrible. My husband and I went there to ask about rewards points. We have a problem that our address in RBC reward program is incorrect. My husband explained it and they couldn't help. When he asked if we decide to close our credit cards what is going to be with the reward points and RBC representative said she doesn't know. Really? Is it normal to say so to the client? I though you should say I need to ask my colleague as I'm not sure or call for support. We are highly not satisfied with RBC and their services. We almost transferred our money to another bank and going to close our accounts at RBC. I wish RBC would be more client-oriented bank with better customer support.
