The atmosphere is very friendly, and I always leave feeling satisfied! Thank you ladies for helping me cover my greys, as well as finding me the right shampoo and conditioner!

Jessica and Lei were the girls working at the time and they both were so friendly and helpful with my hair concerns. Jessica helped me pick out a couple dry hair treatments while Lei was super helpful and knowledgeable about clarifying treatments. Thanks girls! Left happy and can’t wait to try what I got. I’ll definitely be back :)

I was short on time and looking for a specific product and the staff helped me find it right away. In fact, the staff were so friendly and helpful that because of them I definitely want to come back and check out the rest of the store and products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going there was really hard as I always order online. This time no matter how much I added to my shopping bag it was still asking for shipping fee (ps: my fault make sure you check you are in sally beauty.ca not .com :D).
Both of their associate were really helpful and kind and helped me a lot even though I knew what I was looking for they gave some great tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do nails for hobby, so I came here for the first time, for some supplies. Surprised there was quite a bit of stuff and for reasonable prices.
Excellent customer service from the two ladies working there last night (Nov 11).
They were both VERY friendly and helpful and I really appreciate that they didn’t even rush me out of the shop, even though I arrived was 30 minutes to closing.
Thanks to the two ladies for making my shopping experience great. I’ll definitely be back!
