I suggest google to create a minus star rating cuz I would definitely go with that for this MG Cosmetics.
They sell products with twice amount of prices compared to other places. And they have this NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy to protect themselves.
I’ve reached out to CUSTOMER PROTECTION BC, but they replied with very disappointing messages. I understood cuz that’s why this unscrupulous business could still open.
What the hell is customer protection BC doing? YOU should call yourself “customer robbers’ protection BC”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male sales person is full of bullsh*t. He seemed friendly at first and tried to sell you all kinds of overpriced products. BUT the last straw that made me wrote this review was because at checkout he tapped my debit card without my authorization (is this even legal?) and prior to that, without showing me the sum of my purchase. I ended up paying 30 bucks for a set of three brow shavers which can be bought at 10$ or less anywhere else. Not returning to this store unless I wish to be humiliated again.

I came here looking for a gift for my friend and the lady told a fake story and scammed me of a $40 chapstick. Online it was $30 but she said it was originally $100. She also stated that it was "limited edition". When I didn't want to buy it she pushed very hard for me to get it. She only then gave me a 15 percent off discount after I bought another product. I am a very nonchalant person so I gave in. Don't come here as they're liars. Take my advice and spend your money else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is seriously overpriced! And they have a no refund or exchange policy, which I was disappointed after finding out how much cheaper I can get the things I bought there elsewhere. The male staff seemed genuine enough, but still "hyped up the product" and over-exaggerated product quality.
