★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend checking your receipt before paying!! I went there two times, once in this location and another time in Metrotown location, purchasing different items. For both visits, they charged me a different price compared to what was indicated on the shelf. Instead of offering me a return and admitting their mistake, the sales associate quickly changed the price on the shelf and said I have to purchase additional items because their POS system doesn't do returns. What a joke.
TL;DR: Please, check your receipt on their computer screen BEFORE paying. Once you paid, they won't refund you even if it is their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has the best prices when it comes to Japanese skincare and makeup. For example, Oomomo sells Hada labo premium gokujyun lotion for $25, whereas Tokyo Beauty sells theirs for $17.99. The only problem is that the sales associates don't know English too well, so you have to do your research before coming into the store.
They are very nice however, one of the ladies gave my mom a free shopping bag to place her tea in due to plastic bag fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased colored contacts that says -2.25 and that's my prescription -2.25 but when i put on the LIL MOON colored contacts. I cannot see. :( The website has no phone number for me to contact person to inquire why. Person at store told me this is the prescription. disappointed.

She forcing us to move a side to let her pass, and she’s not urgent…I don’t understand why she does that, and my friends said she did that two times (maybe new employees?) Other than her everyone else is very nice and good service, price are reasonable.
