★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing team. Gina is a knowledgeable and professional physio. The Kinesiologist Don and the volunteer Kinesiology student are very accommodating, caring and make the exercises very understandable. Together as a team, they made my experience very pleasant. Definitely recommend seeing the physio and Kinesiologists at this clinic!

I'M ALWAYS HERE IN THIS CLINIC ALL THE TIME BECAUSE OF MY NECK CONCERN, TIFFANY AND GINA ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY TREATMENTS. I'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND AFTER PANDEMIC AND I CAN GUARANTEE EVERY VISITS ARE WORTH IT!
PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE SO NICE AND WILL ACCOMODATE MY NEEDS TO THE BEST THEY CAN.
I DONT AGREE WITH PEOPLE SAYING THAT THE RECEPTIONIST ARE RUDE BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT!
TO FANGYUAN HUANG, THE CLINIC IF FULL OF INFORMATION POSTED ON THEIR CLINIC, DOORS AND WALLS AND ITS STILL COVID, MAYBE THEY ARE JUST MAKING SURE THE PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT THE CLINIC TOO. WITH YOUR COMMENT, IS IT NOT BEING RUDE TOO?
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WITH PEOPLE WORKING IN THE FRONT DESK, READ FIRST BEFORE ASKING ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. LESS INTERACTION LESS CONTAGIOUS FOR EVERYBODY.

Even the rest of the staff, receptionist are all super friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. They are very efficient and accommodating. Will come only here in future..

To The receptionist with red hair, you need to be more compassionate with patients.

She responded by “can you read english?” ????If the receptionist doesn’t want to help, a simple “no” will suffice. No need to be sarcastic lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bunion problem for a long time, I went to other physiotherapist but none of them really helped with the issue. Then I came here for several times and I'm fully recovered. I'm glad I gave it a try! They have various type of devices and experienced therapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i walk into the office i am greeted by Ardel's smiling face. She is very welcoming and has alway been very kind and professional. As a receptionist she does an amazing job!!!!!
I came to Lansdowne Physiotherapy because of a serious injury to my foot. When I first arrived I struggled to walk. Tiffany is my therapist and she has helped me return to how I was before. And after her treatments I am able to walk with ease. She helped me regain my strength and she has provided me with exercises as well. At one point I struggled to walk down the stairs because my foot was tight and weak, however now I glide like a gazelle. Tiffany is always professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She listens to my conserns and makes adjustments. I also feel safe coming here during the pandemic because the clinic adheres to the Covid-19 the guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe reviewers that post as 'ABC XYZ' - an obvious rant from a self-entitled person that thinks they have to be treated like royalty.
My wife got her treatment here last week and the receptionist that had a different coloured hair (NOT RED FOR SURE) was excellent and was very helpful from booking, to payment, to scheduling a follow up.
Props to the PT as well - Tiffany was very professional, thorough in her diagnosis and gave some of the best treatments to my wife compared to all of her experience in working with PTs in the past.
The facility was clean and nice with more than adequate space to accommodate a variety of treatments.
Overall an awesome experience and I'd highly recommend that you book here.. unless you're hiding behind the alphabet to make reviews
