I've been going to Jen for years and have to say she is so accommodating and knowledgeable about how everything works and makes sure I feel comfortable when doing exercises or procedures like IMS. As the cherry on top, the front desk staff are super friendly and contribute to the overall positive experience of going to Empower Physiotherapy!

The clinic has highly knowledgeable professionals and they have a very clean space with private patient rooms. Hayley at the front desk is super friendly and welcoming! Shireen has been treating my shoulder and knee for the past few sessions and she is fantastic! She was able to accurately diagnose the problems and give effective exercises to really help with my aches and pains. I can tell she truly cares about her patients and her profession! She was very encouraging in my journey of working out and also corrected my form to ensure I don’t hurt myself in the future. Highly recommend! The receptionist was also very nice and accommodating. Hayley was very cheerful and welcoming. I usually get anxious about visits but she was very caring and reassuring.

On my first set of visits - over about 9 months - he helped me regain 95% motion in a frozen shoulder. All it required was a little discipline on my part to do the exercises. On my second set of visits, he has equipped me with the tools to build and maintain good core muscle function to alleviate back issues. I wholeheartedly recommend the staff at Empower. They are professional, friendly, skilled and there's no pressure to "keep coming back" for endless appointments. As soon as you have progressed to a certain point, they actually recommend that you don't have to come back -- just continue your exercises to maintain yourself, and return for tune-ups as or if needed.

On my first visit I was greeted by Sally. She is kind and knowledgeable and has the ability to make you feel welcome. I have been seeing Jen for a knee injury and each time I visit she has been able to listen to my concerns and treat my injury with skill. She is patient, understanding and very encouraging. I am very pleased with the progress I have been making under her guidance and care. I would highly recommend Empower Physiotherapy.
