★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have to call the reception several times in order to make proper appointments. The manager Chris is not managing this place well by offer delayed responses and not following things through..... When you have an ongoing booking issues addressed to Chris, he is not helpful and refuse to provide contact to his owner or manager. poor poor poor management at the front desk. When you tell the reception to make one month appointments, they just did one, and forgot the rest, You have to contact them again and again to remind them.

Start from the Front desk Camila, Amara & -Chris, @ the reception , He is very pleasant, polite, and caring Will , is very helpful, kind, friendly and cheerful... whenever I have my acupuncture I felt relaxed and getting better! Excellent service!, same with my massage Therapist -Timmie, I give 5 star ? and Eliza too ❤ cheers

Nathan is very personable regarding progress and symptoms; very professional on the OR programs and informing myself and WorkSafeBC on what is injured and what is needed to be done on recovering.
Best experiences, great recovery and informative.
