โ โ โ โ โ So far doctors i would say are great special mention to Dr Melissa. But staff are inept, they don't know what they are doing. One is a liar. Be sure if u have papers to follow up or process. Don't rely on what they said especially if it is time sensitive

โ โ โ โ โ I found the clinic extremely unprofessional, front desk staffs are totally disorganized, unfriendly and completely ignorant. Dr. I. Nanda didn't know who I was, left me undressed in a very tiny, unclean, hot unvented room for 35 minutes, I finaly got dressed and walked out! I failed to recognize that was a Medical Clinic rather than just a Spa and Facial establishment. I do not believe Inthuja Nanda is a MD, she is more interested in Spa treatments than caring for her patients. I wasted full hour in that office to no avail and worry about the pendamic when I was waiting in that tiny unvented facial space, I am very disappointed and highly would not recommend her as your health care practitioner,
Needless to say I am in pursuit of a real family GP again!

โ โ โ โ โ My doctor & two other doctors have retired in Richmond. It was almost impossible to find a new doctor...then I was referred to Steveston medical and made an appointment. what a relief!!!! Thank-you Dr Nanda!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I love them! Dr Sandrasagra and Dr Ahmad are always helpful and supportive. I use their new online booking system and itโs always smooth and efficient. I know many ppl who have a hard time getting in/booking time with their Dr, I donโt.

โ โ โ โ โ Received a letter today from my long-time family doctor advising her patients that she will be retiring soon. As I have complicated health issues, and particularly need continuity in the two essential medications that I take, it was necessary to find a new family physician quickly. Within a very short time on the internet (thanks to links provided by my current doctor in her letter) I discovered that the doctor who treated my husband for many years until his terminal illness was accepting new patients. I was able to make, online, a convenient phone appointment to discuss what I hope will be the doctor's willingness to accept me into his practice. So far, that is all I know about this business, but I am pleased that my brief moments of panic after receiving the letter were allayed so quickly and conveniently.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a new patient of Dr. Ahmad and have been very happy with his help. The online booking system works very well and when I called into the clinic for information, the receptionist provided details on my inquiry and solved the issue I was having. Very nice experience so far.
