The physicians here are without a doubt fantastic, however that is the only positive thing I can say about this clinic. The office and company that run this clinic are terrible. I have never felt more cut off from my doctor. Frequently it feels as though the office is actively trying to prevent you from seeing your GP. Referrals are often not put through, and moving a referral forward often requires legwork from the patient to follow up with the referred doctor and the office to make sure they have received any of your information. In my experience the phone lines are open for a laughably narrow window, and are rarely answered when they are; do not bother trying to leave a message. I now resort to walking into the clinic to try an book an appointment rather than calling because at least in doing this there's a chance I will see someone. Reliably unreliable.

Walked in at 12:30 without appointment, they gave me an appointment at 2. I came back at that time and went in directly, only waited for a few minutes before the doctor saw me. Everyone was cordial and friendly. Don't know why many clinics have bad ratings, I think it's just that when people are sick or in pain they are a lot more irritable, and maybe more harsh in rating?

I started to feel like I might have a UTI and they were very accommodating and saw me right away despite not having any more walk up appointments for that day. Got my results super fast and felt well taken care of. Thank you!

I have spent months trying to get in contact with my doctor either through online or over the phone. The online option is a joke. Never a time available to book. I tried to call today and it said only two people in the queue as I waited for an hour and 10mins. I hung up and tried again and it said zero people in the queue so I waited another 20mins and still nothing. What am I suppose to do as a woman in her 40s needing medical attention for urgent female matters?!? It took me over a year to get a family doctor and now its impossible to make any kind of contact. Unreal. WellClinics should be ashamed of how they are running their clinics.

I’ve been coming to point grey medical for 2 years to see Dr. Hocking.. she’s been incredible but the rest of the staff especially the receptionists are so lazy. Nobody ever answers the phones it’s ridiculous… I’ve called 15+ times in the last week. Empty your voicemail so I can leave a voicemail to see my GP. Do better.

I tried to make an appointment online, but there was an error. Spent an hour on hold to try an make a 5 minute appointment. I phoned in with another phone to find out they had just forgotten about me, and picked in less then 5 minutes... When I tried to make them aware of this, they put me on hold again. Medical clinics shouldn't put anyone on hold, let it go to an answering machine, or have a sorry were busy option. The doctors are great but the staff is terrible. Save your time and find a better clinic

I’m writing this because I want to express my gratitude after my appointment today.Nurse Olga is fantastic and very empathetic, she always try to help me and hug me when I feel depressed. Dr. Wiesenthal is very experienced and extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem. I had a wonderful experience here.It’s very , very appreciated!

I understand our health care system is overloaded. I accept there will be wait times. Oddly, the clinic's system makes booking an appointment with Dr. Irwin difficult, is there a reason? It's her office, but she is not listed as a family Dr, so I can not book online. I tried the phone service, and after entering all my info, the computer said there were 3 people in the queue before me. I waited on hold for 33 minutes before giving up. If my Doctor is not taking patients at this time, could that not be explained on the website, and who she would like us to contact in her absence? I have had the best care at this clinic, but you get a bad review if I can't reach you.
