★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk receptionists are very unprofessional, not helpful and if you wish to be greeted by a smile this is not the place for you. They have very poor manners. (This behaviour happened the 6 times I visited and on the phone) The doctor I saw was okay for the 7 minutes they were in the room with me. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic facilities are not the best. The current receptionist is great. Doctor Yip is willing to help at any time and so caring. I appreciate the service. I have been going there for over six months now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years because we were desperate for a family doctor. The doctors were good (although many worked part-time) but the clinic facilities are abysmal. No running water in the sinks, empty hand sanitizer bottles, small and dirty exam rooms, outdated and confusing information signs hung up haphazardly all over the walls. So unprofessional - they use a gmail address for official medical business, and I have seen others' private client information left out in exam rooms. I am happy our doctor moved to a different clinic, so we will not be returning. I strongly suggest looking for another facility. Also, beware of the positive ratings here. A user named "Wesbrook Clinic" gave *themselves* a 5 star review today, and older reviews (which were overwhelmingly negative) have been removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no reason to go to this clinic anymore! I've noticed some issues with the front desk over the past few month, but Dr. Yip and Dr. Yang were always so great that I kept coming back. Recently I got a call from the clinic telling me that " I have a new family Doctor" but in fact Dr. Yip and Dr. Yang have just moved to Khats clinic on West Broadway and MacDonald. 2685 W Broadway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go to this clinic. They kept delaying my appointment for over a month without telling me Dr. Yip and Dr. Yang already moved. After asking them a few times, they finally told me there have not been any doctor working for the last month. I can't believe they still keep rebooking you and want to keep your business without even having a doctor working, unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is disrespectful, unprofessional and doesn't try to fix if there is a problem. When I call to ask again for my prescription she interrupted me with "thank you" and shut the phone. I was waiting 4 days for that fax, my pharmacy also contacted the clinic for the prescription. But none of the front desk people do there jobs. I hope Dr. Yep will have new professional front desk/ assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public service announcement. When I called earlier, the front desk was very cagey and tried to convince me that my new family doctor is Dr Lam. This is not the case. I am still and wanting to stay with Dr Yip. Please be aware the him and Dr Yang have moved to Khatsahlano Medical Clinic. My other friends who are with dr Yip and Dr Yang have told me similar occurrence even with the clinic calling them for appointments. I feel this is not professional on their part.
