★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had the worst possible experience possible with this clinic on February 28th, 2022. After receiving a reminder from this clinic multiple times regarding reserving a hygiene recare, I reserved my appointment through the link in their email about 3 months ago.
As you can see in the attached snapshot, the confirmation notice was received. On the day of the appointment, I had to ask for a time-off from work since the appointment was during work hours and drove all the way from downtown to UBC.
When I got to the clinic, to my surprise, they mentioned they had NO record of my appointment in their system!!! They offered no explanation as to WHY something like this can happen other than "Let us convey your problem to our computer guys".
I was expecting for them to make an exception for me and let me have my appointment but nothing happened and I just had to leave after some lame explanation for this screw-up.
I find it interesting to read that it's in the policy of this clinic to charge patients a charge if they cancel their appointment less than 2 days prior to its date. However, there are NO policy when the clinic messes up in cases similar to mine.
I used to be a regular at this clinic but I in no way, shape or form recommend it to anyone anymore since they have no respect for people's time and appointment.

They have even held my hand when I’ve been too nervous while undergoing procedures. My experience has always been great. Receptionists are very helpful and have assisted me in contacting my insurance company several times. Everyone is amazing here. Book your appointment.
