β β β β β Bad experience. Not recommended at all. It tasted like water and staff were not Customer oriented and friendly at all. We ordered Ice ream tea but it was tasteless, when I informed them and asked them to do something they told me β we cannot do anything for you !!! β . I gave it back and they threw it away !!!
I didnβt expect such a carelessness !!!

β β β β β I donβt recommend here at all. I have been here for two times and both were bad experiences. I ordered two fresh milk tea with half sugar but one of them did not have any sugar at all. Also, there was one person before me but I waited a lot to order.

I found this place in UBC before and got a chance to sit in!
COVID-19 makes so much different for everythings. I missed sit and sip time.
They keep opend the main door for ventilation.
It was cold but Enjoyable with yummy hot bubble tea named Hokkaido honey milk tea with pearl.. maybe.
Those greeny lovely and transparent chairs are cool. Love it! The staff was friendly and explained well about menu.

β β β β β Very slow services. Took them 20 minutes to take my orders, even though thereβs only 5 people ahead of me. Another 25 minutes wait for my drink. Ordered a classic pearl milk tea. Taste water down and pearl are slimy on the outside and uncooked in the center. Would not go there again.

β β β β β We went during lunch time (45 minutes) and the wait time was so long for two drinks we were late for class. There werenβt that many people in the shop either. Donβt go if you donβt want to sit around for half an hour waiting for barely mediocre boba teas that cost 14 bucks.

β β β β β Both two person work there were very friendly. However, we waited for nearly 15 minutes to get our order. Our milk tea didnβt taste as good as we had hoped, and they were watery.

β β β β β Ordered two drinks, when confirming the green tea order the staff repeated back βtaroβ despite it being called βpearlβ on the menu and the screen. I said no taro assuming it was something different in this case. Realized she meant pearl and asked for pearl yet again. Asked for slight sugar and was a very sweet drink but still enjoyed it. The other drink was a milk tea ordered with 50% sugar and was super bitter. We asked them if they could add sugar and instead of actually fixing the problem they just said it would make it watery. As a front of house staff in a restaurant you never send a customer away if they have a problem with the product. And finally, we brought the small and large cups back home, and upon inspecting them, they are almost the exact same volume of liquid. So why is there such a big price difference between small and large cups? This place seems like a scam altogether. Choosing a different boba place next time.

β β β β β Asked for grass jelly and was given bubbles instead ( even after confirming my order with me several times). The texture of their bubbles were firm. It didnt taste fresh. REMEMBER to CHECK your drinks if you order something other than bubbles!!!
