A Perfect 10 Nail Spa

I used to love getting my eyebrows done here, but both the times i've been there recently, it's been terrible. The woman was super rude. She pressed down on my eyeball multiple times while rubbing the wax on my eyebrows. My eyebrows didnt look right to me so I patiently explained her what I wanted. She was loud and rude and kept suggesting that it looked completely fine and it would look 'funny' if I made changes. At one point, she handed me the tweezers and told me to fix my eyebrows by myself. She even dropped the trimming scissors on my face and did not apologize. Later she didnt give me any solution to wipe out the wax. As soon as I asked for it, she gave it to me and walked off. Overall it was a terrible experience. The next day I had prominent scars on my eyebrows as well. The situation was not handled appropriately. As a customer, I have the right to voice out my preference here. I didnt criticize her work, I simply requested to centre my eyebrows more.

Photos of nails that took 3 hrs, the pedicures perfect tho. The nails took an hour but they still bubbled. I think they’re quite nice and talented but I personally just want my time respected :) I will come back if I have 3-4 hrs to spare, otherwise I’ll go elsewhere. I know quality takes time, but just schedule people in for an hour pedicure hour fill if it takes that long and tell customers how long it will actually take. Came 1.5 hours early for appointment. They took in another unscheduled appointment before me and another scheduled at same time, before me, even though I had arrived earlier. They will take forever and not accommodate their appointment times (even though they ask you to make one). They say wait five minutes and they mean 15-50 min. Just a bit unprofessional if you need something fast. respect! It goes both ways, and I respected their time by coming extra early so they could fit me in, instead they fit in 2 others who came after me Good prices but if I’m pressed for time I’d rather pay more. I’ve booked a nail design service previously and had the person tell me she didn’t have time to do my nail service when I had already booked that specific service! I tried a few times to give the benefit of the doubt too, some ppl have off days, this has been the consistent service though sadly. I’ll come back when I have the energy for this type of experience. I think it’s something they could fix... Hope you guys do and I’ll be back no problems, five stars for everyone when scheduling starts working

There service is great, staff are friendly! This is the only place I go to do my nails and they always last for so long.

It is so much more worth it to get your nails done at one of the salons off campus like Beddazzle or My Favourite Nail Spa. I went for a shellac change and it was disappointing to see that they charged me $10 more than the other salons off campus. Plus the lady rushed my nails and did not even give me a massage, which is fine but compared to the other salons who include it in a shellac service, I rather go there. Oh and she didn't even offer moisturizer or cuticle oil. Not worth the $35-40 for the overall service

I was there last week, the one serviced me with bad attitude. My nail broken in one week as pictures. Will not go this terrible place anymore.

Excellent!!! My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicures. All the ladies were very nice and did an excellent job. The ladies made my daughter feel special and that filled my heart with joy. We will definitely be back and put out recommendations.

Can you believe this was done yesterday and they charged me $55 for this impeccable job???? Gross!!! Will never come back to this place! They ask for appointments but they take walk-ins. At some point the owner was finishing my nails and starting with a couple that just got in. No COVID precautions as she comes and goes between chairs, did not wash her hand, or even used hand sanitizer.
