S	Steph Bozzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, glamorous and professional nail salon. I highly recommend adding the paraffin treatment to your Pedicure! Vicky did an absolutly perfect job with my gel pedi, and is very skilled and friendly. Be informed, that if you have Gel Polish from another salon that has to be removed, they will charge you $10 to remove it... If it's from their salon (tracked by computer booking) there's no charge. Not a game changer, just wasn't expecting that extra charge at the end, for that reason, gave 4 stars.
A	Anna Blackledge-Farinha Luz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Friday for a gel polish removal and an Express Gel Pedicure with Daisy. I was easily able to book online through their platform for a time that worked for my schedule. The studio is cute, very girly and you'll see from other photos that they have these big, cushy, "regal" looking chairs for folks getting pedicures. I appreciate that everyone is wearing masks, they take everyone's temperatures upon entering the salon, and the next step is to wash your hands before proceeding to your service. This hasn't been the case with all salons (!!!), so am happy to see when shops take it seriously. Daisy did a nice job removing the previous polish and applying the new colour (see photo). What would have made this a GREAT pedicure would have been if there was more foot filing to remove all callous build-up, as I still have quite a bit. In any case, Daisy is pleasant and does a good job - I would be happy to get another service with her and would perhaps just ask if we can focus on getting rid of those pesky callouses for the next time. I would recommend Soho Beauty (and Daisy) to others if they're looking for a nail salon with good service and a reasonable budget.

Mimi did such a careful job and I although I just wanted a simple light pink with no design she was meticulous in making sure all my nails looked perfect. Thank you Mimi!
S	Susan B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for new gel nails several months ago. The first tech didn't do the greatest job and I got a better tech who I thought was a true artist. My problem was that every time I was charged it was a slightly different amount. If you wanted to paint one nail on each hand a different colour that cost extra, a hand massage was extra even though none of that is posted on the price list. On my final visit due to the prices going up so much the owner was a little abrupt with me. He charged me $35 for the removal of the gel nails which wasn't priced on the board and $50 for gel polish. OMG, they chipped within a day and I peeled them all off. I will never go here again as they totally overcharge and put in fees that are not expected at all. My nail tech Mimi was so lovely and I just wish she was working at a different nail salon.

Look how oddly shaped they are, all different sizes and thickness. I have receipts to prove I went, just in case the “owner” tries to debunk I went there.

Very clean, absolutely amazing staff. We’re here visiting from manitoba and would definitely come back here!
V	Veronica Järvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come here 3 times now, really wanting to give this place a chance as it is right next to me and it looks really nice inside. However, I paid $120 for a set of nails that is nothing special. They’re a bit blocky, the edges aren’t sharp and the shape isn’t symmetrical. One nail broke off after 2 weeks so I went to get it fixed. The nail tech, Kate (I think is her name), wouldn’t make the shape match the other one. I had to ask her to make it look like the other nail. She did do it eventually and Kate was very nice and friendly. But even after that it still doesn’t match unfortunately. Also she didn’t apply the polish evenly, and when I pointed out a dent, she just did another coat on top. Now my nail is more opaque than the rest and the dent is still slightly visible. I thought that this was a bit of a “better” or a more higher end nail salon, but I’ve been to other nail salons that are more affordable and do a more precise job. However the staff has always been super friendly and warm, hence the 2 stars.

I booked a same-day appointment and they had time for me, even called to confirm everything I wanted to be done beforehand. I got the Elegant Gel Manicure with nail art and one of my nails was broken so they did a repair with soft gel. Kate was my nail tech and she was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me pick my colours and let me try them out on my nail before making a decision. She was very fast but also incredibly precise as you can see by the 10 little rectangles she hand-painted on my nails. I will recommend Katie and Soho Beauty to all my friends!
