★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received a pedicure at this salon, pedicure was good but my nail technician (Lynn) was a bit rude towards the end before payment. She muttered something under her breathe When I said I was finished drying my nails, of which I asked “pardon?”, and she ignored me. Won’t be coming back here with this customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a full acrylic set done yesterday. While the technician did a nice job painting, the application of the acrylics was terrible. There is a lot of space between the paint and my nail bed and the acrylics are too small for my nails. Very unhappy with the experience.

Been getting my nails done for years and have never had an experience like this.
There’s no attention to detail at all in this place. First of all, didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted and proceeded to make all crooked and one round?? Like what?? Rushed through the whole process and filed way too hard, even made my friend bleed. Hit my thumb on the drier and instead of doing it again, she scolded me and just patted it down making it still noticeable. They even didn’t put top coat over my friends acrylics and smudged her nail polish twice and scolded her even when the nail technician rubbed her thumb over it. They even told my friend to leave with a wet nail. Like the finished product was awful and we have pictures to prove it. My nails would be better if I did them at home. 10% for students is a hoax. Didn’t even look at our student ID and didn’t get the discount after terrible nail work. If you want BADLY done nails come here. Also, you don’t feel welcome at all and feel like they rush through the whole process.
Should’ve listened to my friends past bad experience here and avoid this place completely!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solar nails advertised but it smells and looks like I only got the off-brand dental acrylics. (CND has discontinued Solar Nail, so when I say Solar Nail, I mean nail acrylics)
Filing job of nail tips was well done but somewhat painful (likely because it was dental acrylic not nail acrylic), though could have used more attention to detail with cleaning up the underside.
Polish work was okay, tips weren't covered but it was too late by the time I checked (polish was cured).
Typical salon, nice ladies, if you want better work you may have to go to a salon that charges more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super convenient! wanted to kill time and booked an appointment 2 hours before. The nail tech Jessica was super sweet and patient. She ensured I was happy with every nail before proceeding to the next step. So so thankful for how my acrylic set turned out !!
