โ โ โ โ โ I was at the store today just before the closing and ordered a bagel with cream cheese for the first time, loved it and they served with a smile even tho it was there time to close. Would love to come back sometime soon.

โ โ โ โ โ Bagels are good. Customer service is atrocious when the owner is present. I was berated for having the gall to enter the store less than 5 minutes before official opening (door was open, there was a clerk at the counter - I didn't see the hours sign and it clearly looked open). A simple "Sorry we don't open until 8:30" would have gone a long way.

โ โ โ โ โ Closed their stations at 4:30 so couldnโt make a bagel. They close at 5:00. Customer service was poor and I left without anything to try. I highly recommend the Cobs a few doors down, very helpful and the food is delicious!

Your response is a lie. I asked for a Sesame bagel and was told you were out so I asked for a Mish mash and was told you were out of those too so I said โcan I have any bagel with hummusโ. Then another employee came up to the front and told me that she couldnโt make bagels because her station was already cleaned for the night so I cut my loses and left because you clearly didnโt want my business. Admit your faults and fix them, donโt lie to make the customer look at fault.

โ โ โ โ โ Best Customer Service.. Both of the Girls were so nice and helped us out to choose the yummiest bagel between so many options. Must try their vegan bagels and cinnamon buns.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a very quality bakery and when we are considering French Toast for breakfast we arrive at Sollyโs and order poppyseed Challah, then we are thinking about a special pastry for breakfast as a chewy comfort food we arrive and order bagels.. wearing a mask upon arrival is currently required..the staff are very friendly and helpful..

โ โ โ โ โ Passed by Sollys and I had to get a cinnamon bun. Although it's called Sollys Bagelry, their cinnamon buns are my favourite. They are full of layers, have tons of cinnamon and it's not overly sweet. When heated in the oven the layers become nice and crispy. I also recommend their garlic cream cheese if you like garlic. It's on the pricier side but definitely worth it as a treat once in awhile.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff was adequately friendly, quite a bit of variety in their baked treats with seasonal items as well. They also have a well-stocked freezer for cook-at-home staples. Has a bunch of seasonal items. I did see a fly buzzing and landing on one of their muffins though.

โ โ โ โ โ Giving all locations 5 stars. Appreciate the gluten-free bagels and options, vegetarian options, no pork, no shellfish, easy to not mix milk and meat, kosher-style. Delicious traditional NY Deli Jewish food. Nice owner tasty food fair prices. Always have some holiday dishes as well for the Jewish holidays. Sad to see the low ratings and genuinely donโt understand. Have ordered on Door Dash and Uber Eats many times; really appreciate that this is possible; as well as gone in person to all locations and only positive experiences out of like 35 or 40. Recommended!
