★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Image West originally for some good quality and affordable hair products, of which they sell a fantastic variety. When I was there, I met Cherie, who is not only the queen of hairdressing as I discovered, but a really wonderful person. Cherie gave me a beautiful cut and colour; I have never received so many compliments on my hair! She gives you everything you want out of a hair experience; not only does she show a lot of attention and detail to your hair, but she makes you feel special and at home in her chair. Darcy, the owner, is also always so friendly and helpful as well. I could not recommend a better salon to anyone! Thank you Image West for making me feel so special.

I felt that I had hit a wall with how to style my curly hair and the way they listened and paid attention and also offered suggestions really helped me try something new that I loved! Always very welcoming here. I am newer to Vancouver and am thrilled to have found a place I can trust to give me a cut I love every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natasha is a miracle worker! Had my first curly cut today and I’m obsessed. I have super fine, but thin, curly hair and she made my ringlets pop and bounce. I was incredibly nervous after a lifetime of bad cuts (or stylists straightening my hair because they didn’t know what to do with the curl) but I’m so happy. Will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with my first cut from Katie. She is super knowledgeable and experienced with curls and knew exactly how to approach the cut and style my hair. She did exactly what I asked for (just a trim, still able to tie up in a bun/ponytail), gave good home styling tips and product suggestions.
I didn’t touch or do anything to my hair afterwards and these photos were taken the day after my haircut.
