Thank you to Carrie who did a great job on my ashy blonde - no yellow to speak up (which my hair can sometimes pick up through the processing). She was warm, funny and professional and did exactly what I was hoping for colour wise. Bonus, she styled some loose waves which kept until the next day for my business trip. Thank Carrie for being a blonde rockstar! Highly recommend!

My stylist Carly was SO good; set realistic expectations and was up front about cost from the beginning (colour correcting a bad experience from another salon and an at home attempt to fix it myself). The blonde turned out so so good. The salon staff were all super friendly and welcoming, already looking forward to going back in a couple months. Thank you Poppy :)

I honestly was very unhappy and didn't want them changing it more so I said it was fine and went to another salon to get it fixed. The hair was very uneven and was not framed or blunt like how I wanted it. I don’t like giving bad reviews and feel bad bc the girl was very nice.

I'm new to the Lower Mainland and chose Poppy and, subsequently, my stylist Jolena based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed! The salon staff were friendly, everyone was masked and there are dividers between each station. Jolena knew exactly what to do with my hair! I needed a trim and some layers to keep my hair healthy and decrease the weight of my hair. Jolena cut perfectly for my hair type! I have never had that happen with a first appointment! I recommend Poppy Hair Salon and suggest you request Jolena if you have thick, long or curly hair. Jolena meticulously ensured that my hair was cut exactly how I requested and worked with my hair to get the results that best suited my hair type and was what I wanted. Thank you Jolena and Poppy Hair Salon! You made my day!

She listens closely to my ideas and works with me to give me the style I love. The staff are really kind and helpful as well. The stylists are highly trained. I also find their prices reasonable. One of my favourite services is that you can book online and then get a phone confirmation from them. It is so convenient and easy to use.
