J	J Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever. if you ask am employee a question regarding a product hey start speaking in another language rather than English to each other which makes the customer feel odd. Also there selections of drinks are low compared to other 7-11 stores

I bought a SimCard of 67 CAD and it doesn't work even it is said my card is activated and topped up. I asked for help and they just don't care. [ADD] Two days later: I went to another 7-Eleven. My SimCard was rebooted but it still doesn't work. Then, I called the Customer Service and waited on the phone for more than 55 minutes and someone hung up on me without talking to me. I had to buy another SimCard somewhere else from another company. A man working in a cellphone company told me there is a problem with the SimCard. I lost 67 CAD... Is it normal a person from the 7-Eleven at the airport told me twice I won't be refunded if I wanted to before buying this SimCard? I WAS RIPPED OFF in a well-known shop in Canada...

First you buy the sim for $10, then you add a voucher for $35 to get the $35 data plan, and when you want to enable it, it tells you need additional $2 in your account, which you need to top up with a $25 card. Including taxes over $75 - for not even LTE/4G service. That's really bad!

Reasonable prices and lots of variety! :) I recommend you go, it is in the basement of the airport :), it is open 24 hours :)
