I booked this service for my parents. The greeter came 30 minutes late. bad service, not worth the money.

I have used their services in 2020 and now I have requested another one for my mom visiting Canada in two weeks in 2021. I highly recommend them!! Please use their service if you can't help your loved ones (especially those who do not speak English) at the airport for guiding them to get to connecting flight, going through immigration or even getting the arrival covid testing. It lifts such as a big burden and worry off of your mind. My parents who did not speak English were planning to visit me in Canada during the pandemic for an urgent family matter and I was very worried that their limited English may hinder them from going through the immigration service easily. Also, they had to transfer from an international flight to a domestic and were not familiar with the process of picking up luggage and drop off at the domestic area so I was worried about that as well. When I talked about my concern with a friend of mine, she recommended Airport Butler. As my parents do not speak English, I added a special request that they assigned a concierge who speak Korean fluently and they did. Jenny, the concierge, successfully helped my parents go through immigration with no issue, put their duty free bags in the luggage before dropping off their international luggage in the domestic area, and escorted them to the gate where their connection was. The money was so worth it and my parents were very happy with Jenny's help, especially because they had a bad memory being stuck in the immigration office for 2-3 hours with a couple of hostile immigration officers treating them some sort of suspects when they were not able to speak English fluently to answer the immigration officer's questions a few years ago. Although I understand the immigration office should do what they should do, I felt bad that I could not be with them to help and I had no control over until the immigration officer reached out to me through my phone. Anyways, my parents were very happy with the service and got such peace of their mind and they asked if I could also arrange the service with Jenny for the second time in 2021. Through the chat function, Christine (Martin) helped me with all my questions related to the new protocols in place at the airport for the international travelers and she even went above and beyond to find the information on my 2020 reservation and successfully arranged the service with Jenny again for the second time. I truly appreciated her help, effort and time! I will use the service again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs piece of mind with their loved one travelling to visit them. The money is so worth it!
