Would love to give this place a better rating as the selection of spirits and wines are actually ok, but staff needs some people skills or at least the wish to work there. So far, they seem to lack both regardless of the time of day.

Honestly, I was expecting rude staff and terrible prices. Instead, the staff was friendly and the prices weren't terrible. I was pleasantly surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst sales staff I have never seen in my life in Canada. The Man refuses to answer any question about product and asks a customer to shop somewhere else just because the client focused on looking for ice wines not on the way to pleasure him. What a rediculas shopping experience is it. If you want to shop here in this store, please remember to treat the sales staff as a king not a service provider. Good luck to all people who wants to shop there, you will be treat as a trespasser if the sales staff is not happy with you. If there is zero rate, I will choose that one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a top rank in worst customer service. The staff member (I think he might be the owner) definitely needs a customer service course! He didn’t even acknowledged that we’re alive and was busy looking at his paperwork. We said hi and thank you, he had no response! We were nice enough to even buy a bottle of wine! He gave us our receipt without looking at us and hit my boyfriend’s hand. No thank you, we’re not ever coming back!
