- Even when you have an appointment you have to wait additional 1hour. They may randomly visit people who have appointments later than you do. - For walk-in appointments you have to go physically there at 7:30am to book an appointment for the afternoon. - For remote appointment, you family doctor may still call you 2 hours later than the specified time. - Usually you need to wait 4 weeks to book a remote appointment with you family doctor.

Dr. Eshafi is the best doctor. He never rushes to finish the appointment and always listens patiently and helps out in every aspect of treatment.

They will not accept certain walk in patients. I called and they said they only see previous patients. They checked their system and confirmed I was a past patient. Because my visit was for allergies they said I'm now a new patient and therefore cannot walk in. They need to take the "walk-in" description out of their online presence ASAP.

I waited almost 6 months to get an appointment with Dr. Sproul. After an hour in the waiting room she saw me for 5 mins and scheduled my lipoma surgery. I came today for the procedure. After 1,5h in the waiting room the nurse told me it’s going to be another 20 min and that the doctor is in a hurry and will perform my surgery in 10-15min. I walked away as I had similar surgery back in Europe and it took close to 30 min. Would not recommend!

The imaging department at this clinic is awful. It suffers from a lack of professionalism, communication and organization. And to top it all off, extremely poor customer service. Time and time again I was ignored, shuffled around, and sent away to "call instead" even though tons of staff were available to help book appointments, etc. Majorly disappointing experience. get your imaging done elsewhere!

I made a phone call to book travel PCR test,and the front desk who answered my call was unrealizable. She heard me wrong like 4 times,date; time;location. I have to correct her over and over. Eventually I got the confirmation email and the location is still WRONG! So I have to call them again. The other associator picked up the phone and told me that I better book another time cause there’s no nurse at the time I originally booked !!? So if I didn’t call back I’ll have to wait there in the clinic until the nurse comes. WHY the first associator didn’t tell me? I don’t trust them so I cancel my appointment. I don’t want to take any risks on my flight. Really unprofessional.

If I could give a rating of zero I would. Extremely rude workforce. Completely Inconsiderate of clients needs and situations. I was shocked at how I was talked to on the phone by a woman name Elaine I believe. Very rushed and didn't listen to what I was trying to say. She gave the impression that she wanted to hang up the phone straight away and not deal effectively with my issue. How can a health centre have this kind of personnel working for them. I experienced the same issues through email and is simply not ok. Email and phone correspondence it's mostly the first point of contact for these centres to the general public so it's really disappointing to be treated in such a low standard l...my advice, STAY AWAY!

I had appointment with Dr. Kim Tran Dermatologist, she is terrible. You asked her more than one question, she tells you book another appointment with her. She would only focus one concern for the appointment. She did not examine my concern properly and took less than 5 minutes. It wasted my time even seeing her. She started working at Seymour health centre for 8 months as dermatologist. Please do not bother seeing Dr. Kim Tran.
