Maple Walk-In Medical Clinic

Have been going here as a walk in for over 4 years. I always go 15 minutes before they open so I’m one of the first clients to be seen. I have seen a few different doctors here and have found them to be fair. I think in general it is hard to find a great passionate GP these days so you have to make do with what’s out there. Despite my asking and that I have been going there for so long they refuse to be my family doctor. It is awkward seeing different doctors for the same reason and having each of them give me different perspectives of what’s going on and different treatments. My last encounter with them was not a positive one. I was given a Rx for x-rays if needed. I admit I was feeling better and lost tract of my Rx paper, then I got worse and needed to have the x-ray done according to what the Dr said. I called multiple times over 3 days, they did not call me back, all the while I don’t know what is going on with me. When I show up at the clinic during opening hours, they have the front door locked. I see people inside but they do not assist me when I knock and peer inside. I call them as I am standing there and get their answering machine once again. Frustrating right? I did however, finally get a call back from their receptionist a little while later who I have always found to be on point and professional. She was rude to me and told me I should not loose my Rx paper in future (I actually agree). I don’t however agree with her making me feel bad when I am already going through something she has no idea about. And she spoke so rude to me :( I had to plea with her to send me another Rx by email so I could get my x-rays done and not have to go back to the clinic. She agreed to do this. Well after that call I felt sad and bad for needing treatments. I also never received my Rx by email (also double checked they had my correct email on file) and I was checking my “junk” folder too. I never did get the x-rays, instead I went to my Physio who put my mind at ease and is helping me work through my concern. I get that medical clinics are busy but if you can’t treat clients with respect, gratitude and assisting with recommended diagnostics then why provide a service in the first place. I am sad to say I will not be going back.

I am newcomers and this clinic was the first one I have faced with. I just can say I had a lucky, because my experience is very positive with this clinic, with doctor as well as all employees. Thank you!

This clinic was incredibly accommodating! They were clearly closed once I got there but I expressed a concern that my issue seems to be quite urgent. The very nice admin desk lady did some maneuvering of appointments so that I didn’t have to wait a day to see the doctor and I’m so grateful! 5 stars all around

I have been going to maple walk in clinic for about 4 years and I have had the best experience with employees and doctors at this clinic I have recommended many friends and colleagues who also have had a wonderful experience . Staff at the reception are very knowledgeable and do their best to help ; in person or over the phone .Ruby , Dr Henderson and all the staff at maple clinic ; Thank you for everything that you are doing to help our community.Being on the frontline isn’t easy, but it is very much appreciated. You deserve our applause, our thanks and our respect.

Absolutely terrible communication and customer approach via the phone. I am looking for a new clinic! I have requested a phone call back as nobody was picking up at the clinic for days. When the lady called me back, she was yelling at me the entire time because she was calling a wrong number multiple times, means she did not even listen to my messages where I left my contact details. Then she told me I have to be ready for the doctor's call anytime during the day without giving me any time range when the doctor will be calling me. Absurd! Then she said when I miss the call from the doctor nobody will call back, we are talking about the time range of 9 hours here! Absolutely terrible and unprofessional! Shame for the whole clinic.

I don't have a family doctor and went to Maple Walk-In Clinic. The staff is professional and respectful, and the place is clean. Many thanks to Dr.Henderson for taking care of me; all necessary tests ordered, referrals, follow-up phone calls. I appreciate his professionalism and positivity. I definitely will be back.

I can only describe this clinic with 3 words: Incredible customer service!!!! I have visited many walk-in clinics before coming to Maple Clinic and believe me, you will not regret it. Ruby and Stephanie are extraordinary and very empathetic human beings who will always try to help you and go above and beyond. Dr. Henderson is a very experienced person who gives you personalized attention and always follows up on your case. Don't hesitate to go and give her a try!

I'm writing a review as I wanted to express my gratitude after my appointment today. I've been having an issue for about a year and Dr. Henderson had no hesitation in realizing I need to see a specialist and is referring me to one. I feel very relieved as I was going in circles with the problem. I wasn't expecting this level of care and it is very, very appreciated. In addition, the receptionist was very caring as well on top of being professional and I thank you :)
