β β β β β So happy I finally found a dental clinic in Vancouver. I loved the ambiance. very modern-looking clinic with friendly staff and dentist. I live on W. Broadway so it was so easy to find. will be going back and already referred my family. Oh, and I got a Free electric toothbrush! thank you Pacific Dental Centre! Would recommend

β β β β β Friendly staff, however their scheduling and communication can be poor. I initially booked an appointment for 12:30 pm, however, subsequent reminders pushed this appointment out, without confirming with me, to 1 pm and then 1:15 pm. This inconvenienced me as I had left work early to attend the appointment which the clinic kept rescheduling.
They also gave a friend of mine an entirely incorrect appointment date for a significant procedure and they were sent home with a new appointment, causing them to miss a day of work and pay. The clinic attempted to compensate them with a Starbucks gift card.
I will only return to the clinic as they have built up a file on me and it would just be more hassle to find a new clinic at this stage of my treatment, but I'd be wary of these issues.
This is a shame as the clinic itself is nice.

β β β β β Everyone was very nice, kind and friendly. Unfortunately I got a second opinion and did not need even half of the dental work recommended. I almost had a root canal I did not need. Exceptionally low competence and would proceed with caution.

β β β β β I could not recommend this place enough. The staff are bubbly and have just the right balance of chatting and leaving you alone. Dr. Torkaman is a pleasure to deal with every single time I have gone in.
I initially came to have my front teeth looked at after a fall, Every time since then I have been able to have Dr. Torkaman look at those teeth without it ever being an issue. All the while making sure to take care of my other dental needs, always helping me to stay within my Insurance limits while maximizing the work she did on my teeth
If you are new to Vancouver or are bored of your current dentist, you would be an utter fool not to try Pacific Dental. Everyone that works there is great, from reception all the way to the chair and you instantly feel more relaxed in there. For many people a dentist can be an unpleasant place to go, this is not that kind of place
Drop by for pretty much any issues and you'll know within minutes that you are in the right place!

β β β β β The staff and dentist here are amazing! My relative was visiting from out of country and chipped her tooth in a biking accident. I called the clinic and they fit her in immediately and even kept the clinic open late to treat her. They were also very helpful and responsive with sending us everything for her travel insurance. Canβt recommend highly enough!

β β β β β One of my favorite dental clinics that I have been to :) ! The staff and dentist are very friendly and compassionate. The procedures and check-ups have been lovely and I am happy with my teeth when I leave there. Highly recommend these good people!
