★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father-in-law who was travelling here had an issue with his glasses as it snapped. We had to visit lensmaker optical if they can find a frame and switched the one that snapped. Sarah assisted us on this and is absolutely amazing and efficient! The staff are very friendly and helpful too! Excellent service from this team! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have concern about customer relation. I had my daugther's appointment yesterday January 27, 2022 @ 5pm but came early at 430pm.
S.H. a Retail Associate at Barton store show an arrogant attitude, personally had a bad experience with her and does not care about customer relation, she does not work with the customer but proving her point and don't care about solution. R.L. the manager of this store tolerated this attitude. As a cutomer, I felt upset when going through in this situation.
I hope this will change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 20 + year customer of this location. I have purchased 2 prescription glasses and asked the sales person to match the 100 off offer of Costco. The manager who was with clients at the next chair very rudely yelled at me " we do not give discount and do not match Costco, they sell only discontinued glasses. .With this rude attitude and leadership they just lost a customer.
