They were wonderful at making suggestions for frames based on my criteria (while throwing in some wild card options as well) and the selection is quite expansive. I was given pricing options for lenses with great explanations of the pros and cons of each, with no pressure. My glasses were ready ahead of schedule. The process was made fun by the staff - very definitely a great experience!

I am thankful I went in as i left feeling empowered and excited about my new glasses. If you're used to intense sales tactics and being rushed around - come here next time. The salesperson was wonderful, encouraging and also transparent about the costs.
